Is Doctor Ditchem your real name?
No it isn’t; it is my “trading style” or Commercial name. If and when we meet we will do so using my real name.
How do you help exactly?
I provide one on one consultancy for my clients. I analyse their affairs and situation and advise them how to protect themselves, their assets and keep the wealth that they have worked hard to build..
What services do you provide?
I provide consultancy advice on asset and wealth protection, pre-divorce planning and divorce strategies. You can understand why it is best to engage me BEFORE your relationship difficulties have fully developed!
Tell me about confidentiality?
My services are totally confidential; trained as a lawyer I treat all my clients with client privilege. My communications are generally by email, on the telephone or sometimes by personal appointment. I also expect your affairs with me to be treated as confidential by you. There is no point if I treat you being my client as confidential while you talk about it to others! When you talk, someone listens; make sure it is only me.
Do you work with my lawyers (solicitors)?
No, I do not work with your lawyers (solicitors for UK clients). I have over 25 years legal experience and can therefore, "interpret" legal advice you receive from your lawyers if you wish; it is however preferable that they remain unaware of my involvement. For one thing, they may be threatened by you appearing to take advice from someone other than them and this can lead to difficulties in your professional relationship with them. Secondly, if they become aware of my involvement it may cause more questions to be asked of you about your actions on foot of my advice than you would be comfortable dealing with. I work low key in the background. It is best for you if only you are aware of my involvement.
How do I engage you?
You complete the "contact me" section giving me as much information about your circumstances and concerns as you are able and I will be in touch to progress matters.
How much do your services cost?
I charge a one-off initial fee of $180US/£100/135 Euros.This is to discourage "time-wasters" and covers my initial work. Once this initial fee is paid I enter into detailed examination of your situation with you to determine what solution is best suited to you and your circumstances, we will spend as much time on this process as is necessary until I am fully aware of all relevant details of your circumstances. When I have done so I will agree my fees with you - reduced by the amount of the initial fee - and we will work together to finalise and put into effect an agreed plan.".
How long do your consultations and process last?
As long as it takes to help you - but I am a very quick worker..
Will your advice involve breaking the law?
No, I do not advise breaking the law, but within the law there are many ways to protect your assets and wealth. At the end of the day it is always up to you to decide whether to accept my advice or not.
